Following the success of the recent Chester Art Fair 2013 and the subsequent sale of the specially commissioned painting 'Historic Chester' at the VIP evening, which was sold within hours of the show opening, the new owner Mr. Taylor is seen here with the artist Peter Hill taking delivery of the painting.
